What is the purpose of the program?
This half-day executive seminar for organizational leaders in long term care settings will:

  • introduce you to the language, approach, and skills of coaching supervision
  • explain organizational leaders' role in this high involvement change process
  • explain the proven benefits of this approach in terms of staff satisfaction and retention
  • address the infrastructure and leadership supports that will make organization-wide implementation of a coaching approach to supervision successful
