What is the purpose of the program?
This half-day workshop for organizational leaders in long term care and healthcare settings will:

  • provide a framework for measurement and evaluation in organizational learning and culture change
  • offer hands-on opportunities to draft and get feedback on an outcomes and ROI assessment plan for one of your own current organizational learning and/or culture change initiatives

Cost: FREE - the cost of your participation in this program is being paid through grant funding by the Workforce Investment Board of Lancaster County

Facilitator: Marcia Mayfield, Director of Evaluation for Paraprofessional Healthcare Institute.
Marcia has extensive experience in program planning, monitoring, evaluation, applied research and strategic planning. She has worked with and been a consultant to health and human services organizations, home health care agencies, public health agencies, social service agencies, not-for-profits, and private foundations. She has provided evaluation and research technical support to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the New York City HIV Health and Human Services Planning Council, and the Open Society Institute. Marcia holds a Masters of Public Health from Columbia University.
