End of Life/Palliative Care training (“Your Caring Presence”) Train-the-Facilitator
Who should participate?
Senior NA's, staff educators & others who want to be able to facilitate small group discussions around the Your Caring Presence curriculum using the CD-ROM.
What is the purpose of the program?
To prepare senior NA's, staff educators and others to facilitate small group discussions of the material covered on the CD-ROM version of the “Your Caring Presence” program for direct care workers.
How will this program benefit me & my organization?
Once you complete this Train-the-Facilitator program, you will be able to facilitate small group discussions on the material among direct care staff in your facility.
Program Length: This Train-the-Facilitator program is a total of 1 day.
Cost: FREE - the cost of your participation in this program is being paid through grant funding by the Workforce Investment Board of Lancaster County

- resources for getting answers to questions
- you will also receive your own copy of the CD-ROM, the supporting training manual, and other necessary materials to facilitate small group discussions of the “Your Caring Presence” material among direct care workers in your facility
